Gang sheet transfers

A gang sheet puts several designs on one transfer, then you heat-press them onto shirts. The sheets print 12 inches wide, in lengths of 12, 24, 60, 84, 120, and 150 inches. One design still belongs on the shirt designer.

Send the designs

Use a PNG. At 300 DPI, a 12-inch sheet is 3,600 pixels across. Choose every design that should share the sheet. This page only keeps the file names in the cart. Email the PNG files to etchedenvy@yahoo.com so she can print them.

How it is pressed

Prepress

Press the shirt for 2–5 seconds to take out moisture and wrinkles.

Press

About 300–310°F for 12–15 seconds. A heat press is the sure way.

Peel, then press again

Wait 15–20 seconds, peel warm, then press about 5 seconds more to set it.

The length of the sheet is confirmed before it is made. The shop has not listed a per-foot price, so Square cannot charge a gang sheet yet.
